Problem

The founder’s vision for Vertanio was clear, but the product concept lacked a structured architecture, commercial model, and delivery roadmap. The challenge was to translate a broad AI-marketing idea into a coherent, buildable system with:


  • Defined user segments and value propositions

  • Modular product architecture with clear capabilities

  • Operating model enabling scalable client onboarding

  • Clear pricing, positioning and brand direction

  • Compliance and data-governance considerations for an AI system
